Join us for a Lunch & Learn as we hear about The Evolving Industrial and Manufacturing Real Estate market in the Treasure Valley and key take aways presented by Bill Beck and Greg Gaddis with Tenant Realty Advisors.

Our goal is to address how local market conditions may affect our IMA members.

  • What is going on today? Yes, there is lot of new construction but what is the effect on us?
  • What exactly is being built today? To answer that we will have visuals of site and building plans. Plus, property For Lease flyers that show the designs and how the buildings can be subdivided.
  • What are Land and Construction costs for building a manufacturing facility?
  • What are typical challenges and costs to purchase existing facilities?
  • Will space options for us to consider increase? Decrease? Remain stabile?
  • What are asking rents doing? Should we expect our occupancy costs to increase? Decrease or remain stabile?
  • What will the future hold for fellow IMA members?
